SBL Tranquil Tablets are a homoeopathic combination for supportive care of stress, nervous tension and disturbed sleep. The manufacturer lists Abrus precatorius 3X, Aconitum napellus 3X, Calendula officinalis 3X, Viburnum opulus 3X, Kali phosphoricum 3X and Zincum picricum 3X in equal proportion, with excipients to a 250 mg tablet.
Available packs: 25 g and 450 g.
Directions: Adults: two tablets four times daily. Children: half the adult dose. Alternatively use as prescribed. Do not exceed the label.
