Refund policy

At Archana Homoeo House, we are committed to supplying genuine and quality healthcare products. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare products, the following policy applies:

Returns

Medicines, homeopathic remedies, mother tinctures, dilutions, biochemic medicines, healthcare products and other consumable items are not eligible for return, exchange or replacement once delivered, except in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered.

• Product received in a damaged condition.

• Product received with manufacturing defects.

• Product received past its expiry date.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after verification by our team.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping, handling, platform, packaging and convenience charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Archana Homoeo House.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been packed, processed or handed over for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Archana Homoeo House reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues or regulatory requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once delivered:

• Homeopathic medicines

• Dilutions

• Mother tinctures

• Biochemic medicines

• Personal care products

• Healthcare consumables

• Products with broken seals

• Products opened, used or tampered with
