SBL Tonicard Gold Drops is a homoeopathic combination liquid for supportive cardiovascular care. The manufacturer lists Cactus grandiflorus MT, Crataegus oxyacantha MT, Convallaria majalis MT, Valeriana officinalis MT, Strophanthus hispidus MT, Aurum muriaticum natronatum 3X and Camphora 2X, with excipients and 50% v/v alcohol. It is traditionally used for symptom patterns such as palpitations, exertional breathlessness and circulatory weakness.

Available variants: 30 ml, 100 ml.

Directions: SBL advises 20–30 drops in one-quarter cup of water three times daily; use a different regimen only if prescribed. Shake well before use.
