ADEL No. 16 Gastul is a 20 ml homoeopathic combination from Adelmar Pharma GmbH. It is traditionally intended for supportive care of gastritis-like discomfort, nausea, vomiting and abdominal spasm patterns; severe abdominal pain needs urgent assessment.
Form and size: Liquid oral drops, 20 ml.
Directions: Unless the current label or prescriber states otherwise, the catalogue direction is: adults 15–20 drops and children 7–10 drops in one-quarter cup of water three times daily before meals. Follow the current pack if it differs and do not exceed the advised dose.
